Frequently Asked Questions

Buying and downloading

What exactly am I buying?
A digital file. Nothing ships. Most products are a PDF guide or workbook; a few include an extra file, such as the Couples Money Date System, which comes with a budget spreadsheet alongside its guide. Each product page lists the format, page count, and everything included before you buy.

How do I get my file?
A download link appears on the confirmation page immediately after checkout and is also emailed to the address you used at checkout. If the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then email us.

My download link didn't work.
Email pdfnestpro@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it. If a file arrives corrupted or won't open, we'll replace it.

Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest.

Using the files

What can I read these on?
Any device that opens a PDF — phone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader. No app or subscription required.

Can I print them?
Yes. Everything is laid out for standard US Letter printing, and the workbooks are designed to be written on. You can also fill most of them in on screen using any PDF reader that supports annotation.

How long do I have access?
The file is yours. Save it somewhere you'll find it again — a download link is not a storage system.

Can I share it with a friend, or use it with clients?
Each purchase is licensed for personal use by the buyer. If you'd like to use a guide with clients, students, or a group, email us and we'll sort out a licence.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If a file is corrupted or won't open, we will replace it. If something else has gone wrong with your order, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll look at it case by case.

Why no general refunds?
A downloaded file can't be returned. Rather than hedge, every product page lists the page count, contents, and who the guide is for, so you can tell before you buy whether it's the right fit. If a page isn't clear enough, tell us and we'll fix it.

About the guides

Who writes them?

Christian Kuete — a nurse whose work concentrates on mental health, and a father of a neurodivergent son who has been through divorce. The clinical background shapes how the material is organized and what it claims. The lived experience shapes what it actually addresses: the conversations nobody prepares you for, and the decisions that arrive before you feel ready. Every guide is written in plain language, with sources checked and claims kept within what the evidence supports—more on the About page.

Are these a substitute for therapy, a lawyer, or a doctor?
No. They are educational resources. They can help you prepare, organise your thinking, and find the words, but they can't replace a professional who knows your specific situation. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call or text 988 in the US.

Which guide should I start with?
Email pdfnestpro@gmail.com and describe your situation in a line or two. We'd rather point you to the right one, or tell you that none of them fit, than sell you the wrong guide.
